People of color already struggle when it comes to seeing ourselves in the media, and before you go “But he’s a baaaad guy.” No one is saying that PoC can’t be cast as bad guys. It’s that we’re cast as the same kind of bad guys each and every fucking time. Mindless, one note, stereotypical.

Khan was different, he was smart, he was strong, he was cunning, he was layered. He garnered the respect of his enemies he was that fucking great. AND HE WAS BROWN. AWESOME SAUCE YEEEEEAAAAAH.

How I feel about this character

I freaking love Taskmaster. He’s just so fucking snarky and awesome. I want him to be the pet villain of every superhero team ever.

All the people I ship romantically with this character

I ship myself with Taskie because I love him so.

My non-romantic OTP for this character

Ummm, I don’t really have one? Because Taskmaster is bad at being friends. I just want him to snark with all of my favorite Avengers (including but not limited to: Bobbi, Clint, Natasha)

My unpopular opinion about this character

He should be in every book ever. EVER.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I just want him to be in every comic ever. I DON’T THINK THAT’S TOO MUCH TO ASK.
